My approach
I work with clients to identify areas we can focus on together – for example reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, building confidence, increasing energy or boosting mood. I design a series of bespoke sessions based on these goals, using a blend of simple movement, breathing techniques and visual imagery. These techniques are part of the sophrology method and I am an accredited sophrology practitioner.
As a client you are very active in this process, and the sessions evolve based on your input, experience and needs.
Sessions typically last for an hour and will usually be delivered weekly over a period of 6 to 12 weeks.
I work with individuals and groups, either online or in person (in and around Bristol).
